We pause on this special day, Memorial Day, to remember those who died so that we, as Americans, can be free. They left behind wives, husbands, children, mothers and fathers in service to the United States of America, you and me.
Most of us have, or have had, members of our family or friends that have served or are currently serving in our military. Today, as we remember those that gave the ultimate sacrifice and those they left behind, also remember to say a prayer too for those now serving this great country, America.
